Air fryer honey and thyme feta: 12 min at 180°C

Instructions

• 1.Drain

  Drain and pat the feta dry.
  Place it in a small ovenproof dish suitable for your air fryer, leaving space around the dish in the basket.
  

• 2.Season

  Drizzle with oil, add pepper and the leaves from two thyme sprigs.
  Save the honey and last sprig for finishing.
  Do not add salt; feta is already salty.
  

• 3.Roast

  Air fry at 180°C for 12 minutes.
  Check after 10 minutes: the edges should turn light golden and the centre feel soft under a knife tip.
  Add 2 minutes if the block is still cold in the centre.
  

• 4.Finish with honey

  Use oven gloves to remove the dish.
  Drizzle honey over the hot feta and add the remaining thyme.
  Serve with bread: feta keeps its shape but crumbles and spreads easily.
