Air fryer s’mores dip: chocolate and marshmallows in 5 min
A gooey chocolate and marshmallow dip after 5 minutes at 180°C. Three ingredients and a small baking dish make an easy dessert to share with biscuits.

Instructions
1.Choose a dish
Use a 12–14 cm ovenproof dish suitable for your air fryer, leaving room for air to circulate around it.
Spread the chocolate evenly across the bottom.2.Add marshmallows
Cover the chocolate with one layer of marshmallows.
Halve large ones so they heat as quickly as the chocolate.
Leave space below the rim as they puff up.3.Melt
Air fry at 180°C for 5 minutes.
Check after 4 minutes: the top should be only lightly golden.
If the chocolate is still firm, add 1–2 minutes at 160°C to avoid overbrowning the marshmallows.4.Enjoy
Lift the dish out with oven gloves, place on a trivet and cool for 2 minutes.
Dip biscuits through both gooey layers.

Keep it shallow
A deep dish slows the chocolate melting while the marshmallows already brown.
Use small chocolate pieces in a thin layer.
Dark or milk chocolate
Milk chocolate makes a sweet dip; dark chocolate balances the marshmallows.
Choose biscuits sturdy enough for dipping.

One 12–14 cm dish; 100 g chocolate beneath 80 g marshmallows.
Marshmallows are puffed and light golden; the chocolate underneath is melted.
