Air fryer Dubai chocolate toast with pistachio and kataifi

Instructions

• 1.Prepare the crunchy filling

  Mix the ready-toasted kataifi with the pistachio cream, keeping the crisp strands intact.
  If your kataifi is raw, toast it separately according to its packaging and cool it; that extra time is not included here.
  

• 2.Toast the brioche

  Spread a very thin layer of butter on the slices.
  Lay flat in the basket without overlapping and air fry at 180°C for 4 minutes.
  

• 3.Melt the chocolate

  While the brioche toasts, melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-second bursts at medium power, stirring between bursts.
  Stop when smooth.
  This brief heating is included in preparation.
  

• 4.Top and serve

  Spoon the pistachio-kataifi mixture over the warm toast, then add melted chocolate, leaving some pastry strands visible at the edges.
  Scatter with pistachios and cut diagonally.
  Serve immediately while the kataifi is crisp.
