Air fryer feta-stuffed mushrooms

Instructions

• 1.

  Clean 6 mushrooms about 6 cm across without soaking them.
  Remove and finely chop the stalks.
  Chop the garlic and parsley.
  Preheat the empty basket for 3 minutes at 180 °C in Air Fry mode according to the manual.
  

• 2.

  Mash the feta and mix with the chopped stalks, breadcrumbs, garlic and parsley.
  Brush the outside of the caps with the 5 g oil, then divide all the filling between the cavities.
  

• 3.

  Place filling-side up in a shallow 18–20 cm metal dish suitable for the appliance, leaving space around the dish for airflow.
  Cook at 180 °C for 12–16 minutes without turning.
  

• 4.

  Check from 12 minutes: the caps should be tender and hot throughout and the filling golden on top.
  If they do not fit without touching, cook in two batches.
  Serve leaving the cooking juices in the dish.
