Lightly butter the ramekins.
Add a tablespoon of sour cream to the bottom of each ramekin.2.Adding ingredients
Crack an egg into each ramekin.
Season with salt and pepper, add grated cheese to taste.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs.3.Air fryer cooking
Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 180°C for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on your desired yolk texture.4.Tasting
Serve immediately with toast soldiers or a green salad.
