Roasted vegetables in the air fryer

Instructions

• 1.Vegetable preparation

  Wash and cut the vegetables into equal-sized pieces for even cooking.
  

• 2.Seasoning

  In a bowl, mix the vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper and herbes de Provence.
  

• 3.Air fryer cooking

  Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  Cook at 190°C in Roast mode for 15 to 18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
