Roasted potatoes

Instructions

• 1.Potato preparation

  Wash the potatoes thoroughly without peeling and dry well with a clean towel.
  Cut them into quarters or other shapes as preferred.
  

• 2.Seasoning

  In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
  Add cornstarch for even more crispiness if desired.
  Mix well to coat the potatoes.
  

• 3.Air fryer cooking

  Place the potatoes in the basket in a single layer.
  Cook in Air Fry mode at 200°C for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  

• 4.Tasting

  Serve immediately with a sauce of your choice or as a side for your favorite dishes.
