Asian-glazed beef skewers

Instructions

• 1.Ingredient preparation

  Cut the beef into equal-sized cubes.
  Wash and cut the bell peppers and onion into pieces.
  

• 2.Marinade

  In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger and minced garlic.
  Add the beef pieces and mix well to coat the meat.
  Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour for better flavor absorption.
  

• 3.Skewer assembly

  Alternate the beef, bell pepper and onion pieces on the skewers.
  Keep the marinade for basting the skewers at the end of cooking.
  

• 4.Air fryer cooking

  Place the skewers in the air fryer basket.
  Cook at 200°C in Grill or Roast mode for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  In the last minute, baste the skewers with the glaze sauce and let caramelize slightly.
  

• 5.Tasting

  Serve hot with yogurt sauce and a fresh salad.
