Pork ribs in the air fryer
Tender and caramelized pork ribs, slow-cooked then finished in the air fryer for a crispy glaze.

Instructions
1.Boiling the pork ribs
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the pork ribs and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.
Drain before marinating.
(In a pressure multicooker, 10 minutes in stew mode)2.Marinade preparation
In a resealable plastic bag or bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients until you get a smooth sauce.
Add the drained pork ribs, seal well and massage the meat to coat thoroughly.
Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.3.Air fryer cooking
Place the pork ribs in the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C in Air Fry mode for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
In the last 2 minutes, brush with the remaining marinade and continue cooking until nicely caramelized.4.Tasting
Serve hot with homemade barbecue sauce, rice or a crunchy salad.
