Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
2.Marinating the salmon
Generously brush the salmon fillets with the marinade and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3.Air fryer cooking
Place the fillets in the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C in Grill or Roast mode for 8 to 10 minutes, until the salmon is caramelized and cooked through.
