Samosas in the air fryer

Instructions

• 1.Filling preparation

  Cook the potato, then mash it.
  Sauté the onion and garlic with the ground meat, add the spices and cilantro.
  Mix with the mashed potato.
  

• 2.Folding the samosas

  Cut the brick pastry sheets in half to get semi-circles.
  Take a semi-circle and fold it in half lengthwise to form a strip.
  Place a spoonful of filling on the end, then fold a corner diagonally to form a triangle.
  Continue folding in a triangle until the end of the strip.
  Tuck in the end to seal the samosa.
  🔹 **Alternative: Rectangular samosa wrappers** If using rectangular wrappers, cut in half lengthwise to get a strip.
  Place the filling on one end, then fold in a triangle as described above.
  

• 3.Air fryer cooking

  Lightly spray the samosas with oil spray or brush with oil and cook at 200°C in Air Fry mode for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

• 4.Tasting

  Serve hot with a yogurt-mint sauce or a spicy sauce.
