Instructions
1.Chicken preparation
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
Mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, herbes de Provence, salt and pepper.
Generously brush the chicken all over.
Optional: place a halved lemon inside the chicken for more flavor.2.Air fryer cooking
Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, breast side down.
Cook at 160°C in Bake mode for 1 hour.
Then switch to Air Fry mode at 200°C and grill the chicken for 5 minutes for crispy skin.
Make sure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 75°C before serving.

Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
