Instructions
1.Chicken marinade
In a large bowl, mix the chicken with the buttermilk.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for more tenderness.2.Breading preparation
In a plastic bag or large bowl, mix the flour with all the spices (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper).
3.Breading the chicken
Drain the chicken pieces from the marinade.
Coat them in the seasoned flour mixture, pressing well to make the breading stick.
Shake off the excess.4.Air fryer cooking
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
Generously spray the breaded chicken pieces with oil spray.
Arrange them in the basket without overlapping.
Cook 12 minutes, flip, spray with oil again and continue cooking 10-12 minutes until nicely golden (internal temperature should reach 75°C).
