Spicy roasted chickpeas

Instructions

• 1.Chickpea preparation

  Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  Dry them very carefully with paper towels or a clean cloth.
  The drier they are, the crispier they'll become.
  

• 2.Seasoning

  In a large bowl, mix the chickpeas with olive oil and all the spices.
  Make sure they are evenly coated.
  

• 3.Placing in the air fryer

  Place the chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  Avoid overlapping for even cooking.
  

• 4.Cooking

  Preheat the air fryer to 190°C.
  Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes for even cooking.
  The chickpeas should be golden and crispy.
  

• 5.Cooling

  Let cool at room temperature.
  They will become even crispier as they cool.
  Adjust seasoning if needed.
