Baked eggs in the air fryer

Instructions

  • 1.Ramekin preparation

    Lightly butter the ramekins.
    Add a tablespoon of sour cream to the bottom of each ramekin.

  • 2.Adding ingredients

    Crack an egg into each ramekin.
    Season with salt and pepper, add grated cheese to taste.
    Sprinkle with fresh herbs.

  • 3.Air fryer cooking

    Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket.
    Cook at 180°C for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on your desired yolk texture.

  • 4.Tasting

    Serve immediately with toast soldiers or a green salad.
