Instructions
1.Chocolate preparation
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals.
Mix until smooth and shiny.2.Batter preparation
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar until the mixture turns pale.
Fold in the cooled chocolate-butter mixture.
Add the sifted flour and cocoa, mix gently.3.Mold preparation
Generously butter 6 individual molds and dust them with cocoa.
Pour the batter up to 3/4 of the height.4.Air fryer cooking
Preheat the air fryer to 170°C.
Place the molds in the basket (do several batches if needed) and cook 7-8 minutes.
The top should be cooked but the center still molten.5.Serving
Let rest 1 minute, then carefully unmold.
Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or custard sauce.

✔ Use quality chocolate with at least 70% cocoa.
✔ Don't overheat the chocolate to prevent it from becoming grainy.
✔ Cooking time is crucial: better slightly under than over.
✔ Molds must be well buttered for easy unmolding.
