Meringue in the air fryer

Instructions

• 1.Egg white preparation

  Beat the egg whites with lemon juice until stiff peaks form.
  

• 2.Adding sugar

  Gradually add the granulated sugar while continuing to whisk.
  Once the whites are very stiff, gently fold in the powdered sugar.
  

• 3.Shaping meringues

  Using a piping bag, pipe small mounds of meringue onto parchment paper.
  
  💡 **Tip**: For this step, we recommend this product Perforated parchment paper which will make the job easier!

• 4.Air fryer cooking

  Cook at 100°C in Bake mode for 60 minutes, then let cool inside before removing.
  

• 5.Tasting

  Enjoy on their own or use to garnish a dessert.
