Grilled mackerel in the air fryer

Instructions

  • 1.Fish preparation

    Brush the mackerel fillets with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.

  • 2.Air fryer cooking

    Place the fillets in the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C in Grill or Roast mode for 10 to 12 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the flesh is cooked through.

  • 3.Tasting

    Serve hot with lemon wedges and pair with grilled vegetables or rice.
