Potato gratin in the air fryer

Instructions

• 1.Potato preparation

  Peel and cut the potatoes into thin rounds.
  Rub a dish with a halved garlic clove and lightly butter it.
  

• 2.Gratin assembly

  Place a layer of potatoes in the dish, season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
  Repeat, alternating layers.
  Pour the heavy cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  

• 3.Air fryer cooking

  Cook at 190°C in Roast mode for 25 to 30 minutes, until the top is nicely golden and gratinéed.
  

• 4.Tasting

  Let rest a few minutes before serving.
  Pair with a green salad for a balanced meal.
