Cauliflower gratin in the air fryer

Instructions

• 1.Cauliflower preparation

  Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  Blanch in salted boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.
  

• 2.Gratin assembly

  Butter a dish suitable for the air fryer.
  Arrange the cauliflower, add the minced garlic, then pour the heavy cream.
  Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
  Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  

• 3.Air fryer cooking

  Cook at 190°C in Bake mode for 15 to 20 minutes, until the gratin is nicely golden.
  

• 4.Tasting

  Let rest a few minutes before serving.
  Pair with a green salad for a balanced meal.
