Easy and tasty grilled croque-monsieur

Instructions

• 1.Toast the bread

  Lightly toast the bread slices in a toaster.
  

• 2.Assemble the croques

  Place a slice of cheese and a slice of ham between two slices of bread to form the croque-monsieur.
  

• 3.Prepare the topping

  Mix the thick cream with the grated gruyère in a bowl.
  

• 4.Spread

  Generously spread the cream-gruyère mixture on top of each croque-monsieur.
  

• 5.Gratinée

  Place the croques on a tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C for 7 to 10 minutes, until the top is golden and gratinéed.
  
  💡 **Tip**: For this step, we recommend this product Perforated parchment paper which will make the job easier!
