Roasted pork chops in the air fryer

Instructions

• 1.Chop preparation

  Remove the chops from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.
  In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.
  Massage the chops with this herb mixture.
  

• 2.Preheating

  Preheat your air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
  

• 3.Air fryer cooking

  Place the chops in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  Cook at 200°C for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  For well-done chops, extend cooking by 2-3 minutes.
  

• 4.Resting and serving

  Let the chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  Pair with roasted potatoes or a fresh salad.
