Chocolate cookies

Instructions

• 1.Dough preparation

  Melt the dark chocolate with butter in a double boiler or microwave.
  Mix well until smooth.
  

• 2.Mixing ingredients

  In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and fleur de sel.
  In another bowl, whisk the egg with brown sugar until foamy.
  Then fold in the chocolate-butter mixture, then gradually add the dry ingredients.
  

• 3.Adding chips

  Add the chocolate chips and mix gently.
  Form mounded heaps of batter about one large tablespoon each and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  Add a few extra chocolate chips on top.
  (You can also chill the dough to firm it up and then form balls)
  💡 **Tip**: For this step, we recommend this product Perforated parchment paper which will make the job easier!

• 4.Cooking

  Preheat the oven to 160°C in Bake mode.
  Bake the cookies for 12 minutes.
  

• 5.Tasting

  Let cool a few minutes before enjoying.
  These cookies are perfect with a glass of milk or a coffee!
