Soft lemon cake in the air fryer

Instructions

• 1.Batter preparation

  In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns pale.
  Add the melted butter, zest and lemon juice, then mix well.
  

• 2.Adding dry ingredients

  Sift the flour, almond flour, baking powder and salt.
  Gradually fold them into the mixture until you get a smooth batter.
  

• 3.Air fryer cooking

  Pour the batter into a buttered mold that fits your air fryer.
  Cook at 160°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
  Check doneness with a knife tip.
  

• 4.Glaze preparation (optional)

  Mix the powdered sugar with lemon juice until you get a smooth glaze.
  Pour it over the cooled cake.
