Instructions
1.Chicken preparation
Place each chicken thigh between two sheets of plastic wrap and flatten them evenly to about 1.
3 cm thickness.
Season both sides with salt and pepper.2.Breading preparation
Prepare three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
3.Breading the chicken
Coat each chicken thigh first in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in panko breadcrumbs, making sure to cover the entire surface.
4.Air fryer cooking
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
Arrange the breaded chicken thighs in a single layer without overlapping.
Also spray a little oil on top of the chicken.
Cook at 200°C (390°F) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).

Slice the chicken into thin strips and serve on a bed of cooked rice, with shredded cabbage and tonkatsu sauce.
